This body of work was created in the Summer of 2020, right before the pandemic hit. I remember the day so vividly, the heat filtered through palm trees, the sand that got everywhere, and the rhythmic breaking of waves. The air was humid and electric, and ever since the pandemic, I've never felt this way again. As I grow older, I hope I'll be able to experience this youthful carelessness again before it's too late.
